Huvudsakliga uppgifter och ansvar
Som Financial controller ansvarar du för ett team som består av tre kompetenta kollegor i Fagersta. Din roll blir därmed att leda, utveckla och stötta teamet och säkerställa de ekonomiska processernas kvalitet. Eftersom du ansvarar för all rapportering av finansiella aktiviteter, sammanfattas dina arbetsuppgifter som:
Rapportering och ekonomistyrning
Årlig rapport
Revisionsansvar
Skatter
Likviditetsplanering för verksamheten
Övervakning och kontroll av derivathantering (FX & metallexponering) i linje med företagets policyer
Transaktioner och bankrelationer
Engagemang i driften av ERP för att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet
Du har tidigare sannolikt arbetat i en global koncern och därtill fått värdefull erfarenhet från tillverkande organisationer. Du har dessutom erfarenhet av chefspositioner och flera års erfarenhet från redovisningsprocessen. Vi tror att du obehindrat navigerar i olika affärssystem och har erfarenhet från något ERP-system. Du har minst en kandidatexamen inom ekonomi eller företagsekonomi, gärna med inriktning mot redovisning. Därutöver ser vi gärna att du har en bakgrund inom revision från en av de fyra stora globala revisionsorganisationerna.

At Fagersta Stainless a new organizational structure and a new venture will be realized and we are therefore looking for a confident, experienced accounting manager. Here you will find a unique opportunity to make use of your seniority in accounting to help build and influence the financial function, but also develop both processes, initiate changes in ERP and prepare for the future. The financial controller will lead a team in transfer to new ways of working.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As Financial controller you are responsible for a team which consists of three competent colleagues in Fagersta. Your role will be to lead, develop and support the team and ensure the financial process going forward. Being responsible for all reporting of financial activities, your duties are accordingly summarized as:
Reporting and financial management
Annual report
Lead contact for the audit of Fagersta
Taxes
Liquidity planning for the business
Monitoring and control of derivative management (FX & metal exposure) in line with company policies
Cash management
Transactions and banking relations
Involvement in the operation of ERP to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone with a minimum BA degree in Finance or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on accounting.
You have a management position and several years of experience from the accounting process.
You have a background in auditing from one of the four major global auditing organizations.
You have experience with some type of ERP system.
You have worked in a global group and gained experience from manufacturing organizations.
