About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for continuously driving IT security and infrastructure measures to minimize cyber security risks by ensuring the right level of protection – while also making sure we have an IT infrastructure that supports the business needs in our global environment. You lead a team of security and IT infrastructure managers and experts enabling our business and IT strategy. This includes taking financial responsibility for your area.
Together with your team, you drive improvement initiatives and ensure that IT policies, procedures and processes are implemented and followed – utilizing common services to maintain an acceptable level of risk. By interacting and collaborating with stakeholders across our business, you increase awareness of IT security and the need for a business-aligned and cost-efficient IT infrastructure.
You report to the Vice President of Enterprise IT at Seco Tools and you’re a part of the Seco Tools IT management team. The location for this position is flexible within our footprint and allows for a hybrid working schedule.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in a technology related area, such as information technology, computer science, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge. You’re an effective manager with extensive work experience in IT security and infrastructure within a global business environment. Preferably, you have a background within the manufacturing industry, with experience of both IT and OT. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISCO and Microsoft, as well as those related to leadership, sustainability, agility, and other non-technical fields are a plus. Working in a truly global company calls for excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
You have a business and solution-oriented mindset and you’re able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. You’re an inclusive leader who creates engagement with a focus on result, execution and delivering value to the business. You’re structured, analytical and use agile ways of working – you’re able to solve problems and make decisions in uncertain business situations. About the job
Joining us in this position, one of your main responsibilities includes development of a progressive BI & Analytics domain while assuring the stability, security, and delivery of ongoing initiatives. To make this happen, you collaborate closely with key business stakeholders in search of ways to maximize the use of analytics and optimize the return of data assets. You also secure that necessary capabilities and capacity is supporting our business vision and desired state.
Together with your team, the Analytics & BI Center of Excellence, you design, develop and run a precise and progressive platform for data-driven decisions, and you manage its full lifecycle. Naturally, you own the numbers and budget, and you make sure we have proper governance in place as well as a collaborative network. Driving improvement initiatives and sharing best practices are other important items on your agenda - by connecting opportunities, people, resources and technologies, you constantly drive our work forward and you’re a key player in our business success.

Your profile
You have previous experience of working with business intelligence and data analytics, and you mix a broad digital interest with a commercial, business-savvy mindset. As a coaching leader and a true team player, you embrace collaboration, and you use your communication skills and inspiring approach to get things going. A strategic mind lets you think several steps ahead, and you add ideas and initiatives to the table. You coordinate your work in organized ways and have a personal drive that motivates you to achieve results.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
A relevant degree within IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or similar
Skills in cloud-based environments, such as Azure and Power BI
The ability to take lead, show the way and develop both your team and our business
Preferred experience from UX/UI, data science and system integration
Great skills in English, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial

Kort om jobbet
I den här rollen ansvarar du för den fysiska säkerheten på våra siter i Sverige och samordnar våra andra siter världen över, genom att bl.a. säkerställa att fysiska säkerhetsexponeringar identifieras, utvärderas och hanteras i befintliga anläggningar, samt att fysiska säkerhetsrisker utvärderas i nya processer, byggnader och när verksamheten förändras. Du ser till att hot, stöld, inbrott, bedrägerier och andra brott som begås på våra siter registreras och utreds inom organisationen. Du ansvarar för att Seco Tools följer de nationella säkerhetskraven och att våra anläggningar har korrekt nivå av skydd där du också säkerställer att varje site har genomfört en säkerhetsanalys för att få en överblick av värden, säkerhetsexponering och skyddsfrågor.
Du är kontaktperson mot vår försäkringsutgivare och har ett tätt samarbete med vår IT-säkerhetschef, Enterprise Risk Management och Business Continuity Manager. En viktig del av ditt jobb är att söka kontakter och nätverka inom organisationen för att utbyta idéer och status kring ditt ansvarsområde. Resor i arbetet kan förekomma.
Din bakgrund och personlighet
Vi söker dig med stort intresse och förståelse för säkerhetsområdet, med en för tjänsten relevant utbildning. Tidigare erfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter, samt högre utbildning från högskola eller universitet, är ett plus. Du har god datorvana och arbetar obehindrat i Office-programmen. Då vi både agerar globalt och har en lokal förankring, behöver du goda kunskaper i både engelska och svenska, skriftligt såväl som muntligt.
