About the job
In this role, your primary mission is to define and govern our Enterprise Information Architecture Strategy and its implementation. By seeing information as a strategic asset, you facilitate high-quality, secure, and efficient data flows across our organization. Your role is pivotal in aligning information management with business strategies and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
An important part of your mission is driving the evolution of information architecture from its current state to the target state, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and data strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Define and maintain the Enterprise Information Architecture Strategy and Roadmap, translating business vision into an enterprise-wide information architecture.
Work closely with Sandvik and Sandvik Machining Solutions, Seco Enterprise IT, business functions, solution architects, and system owners to analyze business needs and define information requirements, structures, and flows.
Create and maintain enterprise-wide data models, taxonomies, metadata structures, and reusable information assets to ensure consistency and scalability.
Develop enterprise data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance with numerous data protection laws worldwide.
Facilitate dialogues with subject matter experts, solution architects, system owners, and other key stakeholders to define information requirements. Recommend technologies (applications, platforms) to manage information and data.
Recommend and implement new technologies, services, and processes to improve enterprise data management and information governance.
Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for information as a strategic asset and representing Seco in group-wide governance forums and initiatives.

This role is based in Fagersta or Stockholm, and we offer flexible working options such as a hybrid set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We seek a candidate with strategic experience, an architecture tool kit, and strong project and change management skills. You should understand ERP and MES architecture and have experience in a matrix organization. A relevant IT or business degree and certifications like TOGAF 9 or CISSP are required. Ideally, you have several years in Information Architecture, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture, with proven experience in Information Governance frameworks. Key skills include designing scalable data architectures, managing ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Master Data Management, metadata management, data security, AI and analytics enablement, and Agile & DevOps practices.
To thrive in this role, you have a strategic mindset, strong project and change management skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you’re able to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration, influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to multitask and adapt your approach based on sub-cultural awareness is also crucial.

About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for safeguarding the operational and financial performance of our supply chain. This involves close interaction and collaboration with our Production Units and Product Areas, as well as various stakeholders both within and outside Seco. To be successful in this role, you collaborate closely with various functions such as Sales, Product Offer and Innovation, Logistics and Finance. You create a portfolio of activities and projects that support our strategy and shape the long-term direction for Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. Manage the global Forecast to Deliver Process.
Translate customer expectations into comprehensive short-, mid- and long-term demand and global production planning.
Continuously optimize the balance between availability and healthy net working capital.
Ensure effective and efficient use of our production locations through common processes and collaboration.
Implement and maintain adequate systems and methods, including AI, to react fast to changing demands.
Conduct and oversee strategic supply chain analysis.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in business administration, supply chain planning or logistics. A proven track record in leading a supply chain planning and logistics organization in an international setting is part of your background. You have expertise in defining and implementing supply chain planning and logistics strategies and methods, including the latest automation and AI possibilities. Experience in managing budgets, conducting financial analysis and overseeing cost management is essential, as is proficiency in relevant IT hardware and software. I den här rollen är du ansvarig för kalkyleringsprocessen och vårt PU:s standardpriser. I den här rollen driver och koordinerar du både vårt globala hållbarhetsarbete och lokala arbetsmiljöarbete i Fagersta genom att stötta verksamheten i frågor och lagstiftning. I linje med våra företagsmål sätter du upp mål för Sverige inom vårt område och följer upp eventuella aktiviteter för att nå dessa mål. Som avdelning ansvarar vi gemensamt för uppföljning, utvärdering och rapportering av statistik för arbetsmiljö- och miljömål – både lokalt och globalt – och vi stödjer, underhåller och utvecklar arbetsmiljö och miljödelarna i ledningssystem för våra siter.
Du följer upp och kommunicerar tillämpliga lagstiftningar och krav kring arbetsmiljö och miljö till ansvariga chefer, och summerar, rapporterar och håller övrig kontakt med tillsynsmyndigheter i Sverige. Vidare rapporterar du olyckor och tillbud, samt ansvarar för vårt revisionsprogram, både externt och internt. Din profil

Arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig med en utbildning inom CNC samt erfarenhet inom skärande bearbetning och NC programmering. Vi ser det som fördelaktigt om du har blått certifikat, kunskap om CAD/CAM och är van att använda Officepaketet. Då vi arbetar i en global miljö är det viktigt att du har goda kunskaper i engelska.

Your mission
As our next user experience designer, you work with many stakeholders, as you develop graphical UI elements for use in our applications and strategic management and run the development of the software suite's graphical profile. About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for identifying, developing and evaluating new product ideas, enhancing existing products, and translating research discoveries into marketable products. You play a crucial role in leading, planning and tracking all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to market introduction. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in business administration or marketing as well as extensive experience in journey mapping, development of customer experience strategies, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Accompanied with your degree, you have preferably a background in communications. You have organizational and project management skills of higher merit, with the ability to manage projects, budgets and plans as well as to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment with a wide range of people at all levels. Considering this, you’re efficient in both written and verbal English.
You’re a true collaborator at heart with strong verbal and written communication skills, which include presenting, relaying and communicating information for executive-level audiences in a flexible and understanding way. About the job
In this role, you manage our Tooling Systems product portfolio with the aim of ensuring profitable growth, which you do by securing prioritization of work and expediting profitable products and services to the market. Managing a team of product managers and product specialists, you set the strategic agenda for the product portfolio and align it with the overall product category strategy. In collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Sales, you develop new products and enhancements to the portfolio to meet both current and future customer needs. Vad vi gör?
På Seco Tools och vårt Technical Center i Fagersta arbetar vi med skärteknisk validering av nya produkter inom R&D globalt. Vi har även en viktig roll i framtagandet av nya prototyper samt ansvarar för olika typer av demonstrationer för såväl interna- som externa kunder. Vi har ett stort antal olika CNC-styrda maskiner och tillhandahåller utrustning för analysering av bearbetningsprocessen i form av exempelvis skärkraftsmätning, IR-kamera och höghastighetsfilmning. Tillsammans med försäljningstekniker löser vi kundernas skärtekniska problem och medverkar vid lanseringar av nya produkter.
Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen arbetar du främst med olika sorters CAM-beredningar kopplat mot vår interna prototyptillverkning. Du hanterar kundrelaterade förfrågningar och gör beredningar så att våra CNC-operatörer har rätt förutsättningar för att kunna genomföra demonstrationer i våra maskiner - tillsammans säkerställer ni att våra uppdrag blir korrekt utförda och ansvarar samtidigt för en övergripande planering så att arbetet löper på effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Då vi har en stor variation på de uppdrag vi ansvarar över är bland annat CAD-modellering, problemlösning kring fixturering och planering för utförande en stor del av det dagliga arbetet. Du bistår med stöttning kring CAM-beredning till andra avdelningar om behovet finns. Dom vanligast förekommande styrsystem som du kommer att arbeta mot är Heidenhain, Siemens samt Mazatrol.
Din profil
Vi söker dig med ett par års erfarenhet från en liknande tjänst, gärna kopplat mot exempelvis enstyckstillverkning, samt god kompetens inom skärande bearbetning. Du har goda kunskaper inom CAD, gärna i Siemens NX. För att lyckas i den här rollen behöver du ha flera års erfarenhet inom ritningsläsning och relevanta kunskaper inom olika typer av förekommande arbetsmaterial inom skärande bearbetning, samt goda kunskaper i Office 365. Då vi jobbar i Sverige men tillhör en global koncern är det viktigt att du pratar och skriver på både svenska och engelska.

About the job
In this position, you lead a team of process and tools specialists, process improvers, project managers – setting the strategic direction of the procurement process excellence. You’re skilled in Office 365 and have general competencies in systems and processes. Also, leadership abilities with a LEAN perspective are beneficial, and knowledge and understanding of ERP system such as M3 is also good to have.
