About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for product pricing within Seco Tools, with the goal of establishing both competitive and profitable pricing for our product portfolio. You develop market prices, monitor profitability in individual markets, coordinate pricing and establish key account analyzes. This position mainly interfaces between the sales organization, product lines and finance.
The team consists of a group of six Global Pricing Officers reporting to the Director of Pricing & Profitability, all based in our office in Fagersta, Sweden. This position allows for a hybrid working schedule where remote work is possible combined with regular presence on-site. Since we act on a global basis, some travel is included in this job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant academic degree combined with a few years’ experience in areas such as pricing, marketing, product line, finance, or sales. You need basic knowledge of Excel and other types of analytical tools, and it’s advantageous if you have experience of how to create value-based pricing and sales. Good skills in English, in both writing and speaking, are required.

Well-developed communication skills enable you to build networks, cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels, create trust and have significant influence.
