About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for delivering on the financial targets and KPI’s of your area of responsibility in the Nordics – including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You support the design and drive the implementation of our strategic initiatives locally. To ensure success, you work closely with Operations and Functional teams within the Sales and Marketing organization. You understand the need to balance local, regional and global needs.

You’re a proactive and valued member of the North-West Europe Sales Management team and report to our Sales Director of North-West Europe. The location for this position is Sweden.
You bring the following skills, personal traits and interests
A university degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or related qualification from job experience.

Your mission
As Global Product Manager you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead business growth in the Tophammer business line. Your primary responsibility is to drive the development and execution of our ambitious growth strategy, including activities such as:

You will be expected to work cross-functionally in close collaboration with Product Specialists, R&D and Market Communication, as well as various strategically important functions within the division.

Your profile
For this position, you must have a few of years of experience in rock drilling and good product knowledge from mining and construction applications. It’s advantageous to have a background in product marketing and/or service & marketing. As it is a global role, we look favorably on previous experience collaborating internationally. Proficiency in verbal and written English language is required, other language skills is a plus.
Having the right attitude is vital for success, the ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset combined with self-drive and a proactive approach. E-commerce Marketing Manager at Epiroc

Your mission as e-commerce marketing manager is to develop and grow the Epiroc business in all of its dimensions within the e-commerce business space and safeguard full market coverage for all our products via digital market places and assure end-to-end transactional and logistic processes.

You are expected to lead the strategies that make online transactions possible. Your mission is to drive incremental business by developing and driving sales into B2B ecommerce platform as well as oversee the marketing strategy, optimize product pricing, organize and develop website marketing plans, and then execute on the same.


Specific tasks and responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives that maximize brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and drive conversions and sales revenue

Knowledge & Experience requirements

* 5+ years of experience in e-mail lead generation, nurturing and social media campaigns

Global Product Portfolio Manager Epiroc Drilling Tools

Mission
Ensure that RDT have a clearly defined product portfolio and product portfolio strategy including a constant inflow of new products aligned with customer requirements and market development. An important element of the mission is to align the product portfolio strategy with the Epiroc customer segmentation model.

Position objective
Lead the global product management team to safeguard that RDT have a clearly defined product portfolio with the overall objective to improve market share and grow the RDT business in a profitable way, while adding value to our customers operations.

Specific tasks and responsibilities
Develop and maintain the RDT Product portfolio strategy with focus on customer value, increase in customer share and improved profitability.
Safeguard that the RDT product portfolio is fully aligned with the Epiroc segmentation model and customer classification model
Lead and develop a team of highly competent and committed product managers and product specialist globally
Together with the team interpret the market requirements for the business and design a pipeline of products accordingly to support each customer segments.
Be responsible to brick wall and improve the UGP for the RDT product portfolio.
Manage the Product master specifications process ensuring a sound commercial platform for each project and successful design and implementation of same.
Implement KPIs for each RDT product and follow up on a regular basis
Ensure that product introduction is professionally handled involving the communication team at all stages of the project.
Agree with R&D on product development priorities and product improvement activities
Manage and secure the Product Life Cycle Management process (ensure new parts can replace old parts) within the product development group
Manage the product life cycle process in terms of discontinuing products with an overall value / cost perspective in mind
Work in strong collaboration with the Supply Chain organization to ensure that product availability targets are met with minimum capital tied up
The center point of all above actions is the RDT product portfolio, which should be constantly developed and communicated to all stakeholders within the organization.

This position requires international travelling

Knowledge & Experience requirements
The candidate will have a university degree in business or engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing and / or customer centre experience with good product knowledge.
Able to create buy in from the customer centres, divisional management team and R&D
Must be able to work in a collaborative capacity with all divisions and support organisations to develop and launch solutions that achieve the objective of growing our business.
Good knowledge of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and be able to operate on their own initiative.
As a team player he/she will share the information with their colleagues in an open and transparent way.
