Om arbetsplatsen
Här får du möjligheten till att vara med och forma framtidens fritidsverksamhet för unga? Därför söker vi nu en chef till den nyupprättade enhetschefstjänsten för de två verksamheterna Fritidsgården och Fagerstahallen.

Vi söker en engagerad person som kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att leda och utveckla verksamheterna på Fritidsgården och Fagerstahallen tillsammans med medarbetarna. Som Enhetschef kommer du att arbeta i en dynamisk och samarbetsorienterad miljö där du får möjlighet att påverka och göra verklig skillnad och som ser möjligheterna i den mindre kommunen.

I Fagerstahallen bedrivs ett aktivt föreningsliv i de olika sporthallarna. Simhallen som snart är färdigrenoverad består av både inne- och utomhusbassäng som brukas utifrån säsong. Fritidsgården är under utveckling där ett av målen är att den ska bli ett nav i arbetet med unga i Fagersta kommun.

Dina ansvarsområden
Din roll som enhetschef är att driva verksamheterna utifrån uppsatta mål i tätt samarbete med samordnare för de olika enheterna och avdelningschef. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för verksamheterna Fritidsgården och Fagerstahallen där simhallen ingår, där mycket fokus kommer att ligga på samverkan med interna och externa partner, t.ex. skola, Västmanland-Dalarna miljö- och byggförvaltning. Du kommer att leda cirka 12 medarbetare varav 2 tjänster har arbetsledar- och samordnaransvar kopplat till respektive verksamhet. Du ingår i avdelningens ledningsgrupp.

Din profil
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har arbetslivserfarenhet av pedagogisk verksamhet utifrån samverkan fokus fritid-unga med olika aktörer. Som chef har du ett helhetstänk samtidigt som du är skicklig på att motivera, skapa engagemang och delaktighet hos den enskilda medarbetaren. Vi tror att den här rollen kan vara ditt första chefsuppdrag, men ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap som exempelvis teamledare/arbetsledare/projektledare.

Därtill ser vi att du har högskoleutbildning inom relevant område t.ex. pedagogiskt arbete, socialt arbete inriktat mot unga, idrott och hälsa eller annan högskoleutbildning som arbetsgivare bedömer som relevant är ett krav.

Som person är du trygg i dig själv och har lätt för att samarbeta med andra och du skapar förtroendefulla relationer på alla nivåer. Du är strukturerad, har ett strategiskt tänk och ser till hela verksamhetens bästa i agerande och beslut.

About the job
In this role, you ensure that brand policies and directives are in place for Seco and that these are continuously updated and revised to meet the business needs. You provide guidance and strategic advice related to the management of Seco’s Brand as well as ensuring brand governance and expertise together with Intellectual Property/Trademark – protecting the value of the Seco Brand. You manage the brand positioning in relation to Sandvik and network with Business Areas to govern and support brand development. You work to leverage stakeholder commitment and engagement through excellent communication planning and activities, and you plan, organize, monitor and control projects to achieve set objectives.
Further responsibilities include:
Driving the strategic branding for Seco.
Mandating to bring decisions around strategic brand questions to Sandvik Management Group (SMG).

About the job
In this position, you are responsible for managing cross cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new development, implementations, roll outs and coordination of different delivery teams and their activities during the initiative lifecycle.

Drive improvements within the Release Management process
Drive and encourage standardization and automation within Release Management

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree in IT or tech, accompanied by an in-depth knowledge of agile concepts and tools such as Srum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and it’s advantageous if you have a general understanding of project management. You understand build management, CI/CD, Git/BitBucket and Jenkins. With an affinity for agile workflow, you also know what the Software Development Lifecycle entails as well as have a basic understanding of the Software Lifecycle Management Process. About the job
In this position, you oversee and manage the integration processes following an acquisition. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business or business administration, management, or finance – or equivalent working experience to show for. Being proficient in the area, you have several years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, project management and consulting. Having previous involvement in project management and leading cross-functional teams is beneficial. About the job
In this position, you combine strategic and operative skills as you’re responsible for leading our team of product managers as well as for your own portfolio and product area of thread turning products. Statens institutionsstyrelse, SiS, är en myndighet som ansvarar för individuellt anpassad tvångsvård för barn, ungdomar och för vuxna med missbruk. Det gör vi på särskilda ungdomshem och LVM-hem över hela landet. SiS verkställer även sluten ungdomsvård och finansierar forskning för att utveckla vården och behandlingen. SiS ungdomshem Sundbo utanför Fagersta tar emot icke skolpliktiga pojkar med psykosocial problematik samt kriminalitet och missbruk. Vi har i uppdrag att bedriva vård för ungdomar med särskilda vårdbehov och tar emot pojkar som har dömts till sluten ungdomsvård (LSU).

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som administrativ chef arbetar du direkt underställd institutionschefen och är denne behjälplig. Detta genom att vara närmsta chef för institutionens administrativa personal, centralkök och fastighet. Du ansvarar för budgetplanering för hela institutionen samt uppföljning för hela institutionen.

Vidare innebär ditt ansvar följande:
- Koordinerar och samverkar med interna och externa aktörer
- Genomför egenkontroller och uppföljningar
- Verkar för att institutionens avdelningar får en god service
- Verkar för institutionens kontinuerliga utveckling
- Sammankallande till MBL och skyddskommitté
- Ingår i institutionens ledningsgrupp
- Ansvarar för institutionens intranät.

Du kommer även arbeta med ekonomiadministrativa uppgifter som löpande bokföring, avstämningar, leverantörs- och kundreskontra.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du ska ha:
• akademisk examen om minst 180 hp inom samhälls- eller beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller annan inriktning arbetsgivaren finner lämplig
• dokumenterad chefserfarenhet med personal-, budget- och arbetsmiljöansvar
• erfarenhet av budgetplanering och uppföljning.

Det är meriterande om du har:
• erfarenhet av ledarskap inom statlig verksamhet
• erfarenhet från verksamhet som bedriver vård och behandling
• erfarenhet av budgetplanering och uppföljning inom statlig verksamhet
• erfarenhet av följande system: KIA / KAJ, Primula, Besched, Winlas, Visma Proceedo, UBW-Citrix.

Personliga egenskaper:
• Du kan självständigt planera och strukturera ditt arbete, men också prioritera om utifrån förutsättningar som snabbt förändras
• Du är trygg i din roll som arbetsgivare och statstjänsteman
• Du är en mycket god relationsskapare
• Du har ett lösningsorienterat sätt att ta dig an arbetsuppgifter.

About the job
In this high-impact role, you’re responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s overall sourcing strategy. In close collaboration with the various global functions, you identify the needs and establish thought-out and reliable processes, procedures and systems for sustainable customer-supplier relationships. Together with your international team you find and seize opportunities to reduce purchasing costs by improving the organization’s buying patterns and supply channels. You minimize administration by implementing and using a digital platform to follow-up on activities and results. You and your team’s high integrity ensures compliance with local legislation and the company’s ethical standards.
You sponsor and evaluate large, cross-functional projects and support the team members with your experience and coaching. Through your international team of managers, you lead the global procurement organization and its stakeholders. Your profile
We’re looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic professional, with a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent field, and preferably international experience in leading a procurement organization. You have a good understanding of business and manufacturing processes, and the importance of having reliable, cost-efficient suppliers that share our values and ambition levels. You have a holistic view, experience with defining and implementing strategy and empowering people to contribute, collaborate and accelerate. You have shown the ability to lead change and know exactly how to empower your colleagues when a turn-around in mindset and working processes is required.
Being analytical, structured and thorough allows you to keep an overall view and at the same time, spot the details that make the difference. With your high integrity and great communication skills, you’re a role model for our values who encourages your team and builds networks and relationships with ease across cultural borders. Acting in a global environment calls for great English skills, verbally and in writing and willingness to regular international travel.
