Your mission
In this role, you will take full responsibility in terms of delivering world-class customer service to our end customers within North Europe. Your profile

You take decisive and firm decisions based upon the best interest when it comes to cost, quality, well-being and value creation.
With the customer is in focus you need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Deliver on KPIs & targets set to support the strategic direction ahead is a part of your natural drive.
You have strong social and communication skills and serve as the motivational source towards your team.
You have a natural way of thinking pro-actively to be one step ahead and drive improvements efficiently within your team towards a true pro-active work environment.

Education: University degree

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Customer service with at least 5 years in a people management role.

Som säkerhetschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för institutionens säkerhetsarbete, hantering av lokalfrågor, fastigheter, drift samt systemadministration. Du fungerar som ett stöd till institutionschefen i den institutionsövergripande planeringen av aktiviteter, utbildningar och övningar kopplade till säkerhet och lokaler. Till din hjälp har du en grupp engagerade medarbetare, bland annat säkerhetssamordnare, operativa ledare, systemadministratör och fastighetsskötare.

Du ingår i institutionens ledningsgrupp och tar där ett gemensamt ansvar för hela verksamheten. I ledningsgruppen är du den som ansvarar för frågor som bland annat rör institutionens säkerhetsarbete, lokaler och IT. Som säkerhetschef är du direkt underställd institutionschefen och stöttar denne i det institutionsövergripande arbetet. Beredskapstjänstgöring kan komma att ingå i tjänsten.

Kvalifikationer
För att lyckas i rollen som säkerhetschef har du en helhetssyn och en god förmåga att ta hänsyn till verksamhetens bästa i ditt agerande och i dina beslut. Som person har du en hög integritet, är strukturerad, effektiv, tydlig och stresstålig. Du är lyhörd och har en god förmåga att se helheten, att arbetsleda och att planera. Your mission

You own the customer journey and coordinate between functions to ensure a consistent experience across all media and that touchpoints are in alignment with the Seco brand position. You’re accountable for developing the vision and execution plan to meet the future needs of our customers. You set priorities for the customer experience and work with functions and cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging and efficient.
Further responsibilities include:
Driving the digital CX functionality strategy to ensure the internal digital business tools support the company in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinating and leading a cross-functional Customer Experience Council.
Developing and cultivating customer-centric practices across Seco to bring the customer’s voice into daily practice and decision-making throughout the company.
Maintaining a regular cadence of reporting for enterprise visibility, transparency, and progress towards CX targets and objectives.
Serving as customer expert within Seco globally, through deep understanding and capability across core CX tools, such as Voice of Customer surveys, customer observations, behavioral and sentiment data analyses.

This role can be navigated at one of our offices in Europe, specifically in Sweden, England, France, Germany or Italy.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in business administration or marketing as well as extensive experience in journey mapping, development of customer experience strategies, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Accompanied with your degree, you have preferably a background in communications. You have organizational and project management skills of higher merit, with the ability to manage projects, budgets and plans as well as to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment with a wide range of people at all levels. Considering this, you’re efficient in both written and verbal English.

Dina ansvarsområden

Du har det övergripande ansvaret för verksamheterna Fritidsgården och Fagerstahallen där simhallen ingår, där mycket fokus kommer att ligga på samverkan med interna och externa partner, t.ex. skola, Västmanland-Dalarna miljö- och byggförvaltning. About the job
In this position, you act as a main point of contact for our customer recycling program and other recycling initiatives, and you coordinate internal and external communication related to recycling with EHS, Sales and Communication functions. About the job
In this position, you are responsible for managing cross cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new development, implementations, roll outs and coordination of different delivery teams and their activities during the initiative lifecycle.

Other tasks include:
Plan common release windows for Seco delivery teams to enable major releases and/or cross-team dependencies to be deployed
Manage and coordinate common releases by chairing status meetings, identifying dependencies, creating release plans, assessing impact and conflicts, allocating resources, ensuring adequate testing and planning the closure and hyper-care
Coordinate appointed Release Coordinators from each delivery Team
Maintain a holistic view of Seco deliverables and their dependencies
Manage, solve or escalate conflict and risks escalated by Release Coordinators
Maintain and align the overall release communication with stakeholders
Drive improvements within the Release Management process
Drive and encourage standardization and automation within Release Management
Participate in projects dedicated to aligning and integrate agile and ITIL processes and tools

The location for this position is flexible and you can be based anywhere (globally) where Seco has?a presence.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree in IT or tech, accompanied by an in-depth knowledge of agile concepts and tools such as Srum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and it’s advantageous if you have a general understanding of project management. You understand build management, CI/CD, Git/BitBucket and Jenkins. With an affinity for agile workflow, you also know what the Software Development Lifecycle entails as well as have a basic understanding of the Software Lifecycle Management Process. Lastly, you have previous experience in anchoring and implementing Release Management in a global organization and from working in global and distributed teams. As we’re a global organization, you need good written and verbal English skills, while other languages are a plus.

Om företaget
Essverk är ett familjeföretag som grundades 1957. Essverk är ett verkstadsföretag med nära koppling till bergslagens historia inom gruvnäringen och kraftindustrin. Essverk har två försäljningsområden - Berg och industri.

Inom berg utvecklar de egna maskintyper för gruvindustrin samt tunnelentreprenad. Detta görs i ett nära samarbete med deras kunder. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för produktionsavdelningens kvalitet vilket innefattar all kundkontakt gällande kvalitetsärenden, registrering och uppföljning.
Du ansvarar för att Essverk har de tillstånd verksamheten kräver, att kollegorna har kunskap om dessa samt att vi efterlever ledningssystemet som baseras på kraven i ISO9001, ISO14001 och ISO3834.

Du kommer även att hantera alla kvalitetskrav från slutkunder, dokumentation, utfallsprovhantering, efterlevnad av krav med mera.
Du rapporterar till VD och kommer att jobba tätt ihop med produktionschef, du sitter även med i ledningsgruppen där du kommer att följa upp kvalitet och miljömål som är beslutat i ledningsgruppen. Detta för att säkerställa att rutiner, lagar och tillstånd följs, samt att kvalitet uppnås i verksamheten.

Din profil
Till rollen som Kvalitetsansvarig söker vi framförallt dig som är en prestigelös och engagerad person som motiveras av möjligheten att utvecklas i din yrkesroll och att få bli en viktig medlem i teamet. För att komma in i rollen så snabbt som möjligt är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom produktion. Utöver det är det en stor fördel om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Har du även jobbat med generellt kvalitetsarbete såsom ISO-certifiering och/eller har IWS utbildning så ses det som meriterande. Du talar och skriver både svenska och engelska obehindrat. What you’ll do
As HQ Customer Excellence Support Manager, you lead and inspire the team that’s supporting and educating our Sales Units towards world-class customer interaction. Your team acts as regional partners worldwide and creates future capabilities through system and process ownership. As responsive support is needed 24 hours a day during work weeks, the part of the team working with support are spread out over Sweden, Asia, and Americas to capture all time zones.
Included in your responsibility is to:


Ensure fulfillment of orders, including entry, administration and follow up.
Ensure an effective order flow through systems and processes in accordance with our customer service standards.
Prepare and maintain analyses and schedules, to effectively establish and manage an order backlog.
Build a strong global network to ensure great customer experience worldwide.

The preferred job location is Fagersta, as that’s where your team are based. Some travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a degree within a relevant field, such as Business Management or Customer Service Operations, and a few years’ experience of leading and managing diverse teams. You’re a skilled Office 365 user, and it’s a plus if you also have knowledge of ERP systems. Since we act on a global stage, you need fluent skills in English, while Swedish skills are beneficial.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som administrativ chef arbetar du direkt underställd institutionschefen och är denne behjälplig. Detta genom att vara närmsta chef för institutionens administrativa personal, centralkök och fastighet. Du ansvarar för budgetplanering för hela institutionen samt uppföljning för hela institutionen.

Vidare innebär ditt ansvar följande:
- Koordinerar och samverkar med interna och externa aktörer
- Genomför egenkontroller och uppföljningar
- Verkar för att institutionens avdelningar får en god service
- Verkar för institutionens kontinuerliga utveckling
- Sammankallande till MBL och skyddskommitté
- Ingår i institutionens ledningsgrupp
- Ansvarar för institutionens intranät.

Du kommer även arbeta med ekonomiadministrativa uppgifter som löpande bokföring, avstämningar, leverantörs- och kundreskontra.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du ska ha:
• akademisk examen om minst 180 hp inom samhälls- eller beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller annan inriktning arbetsgivaren finner lämplig
• dokumenterad chefserfarenhet med personal-, budget- och arbetsmiljöansvar
• erfarenhet av budgetplanering och uppföljning.

Det är meriterande om du har:
• erfarenhet av ledarskap inom statlig verksamhet
• erfarenhet från verksamhet som bedriver vård och behandling
• erfarenhet av budgetplanering och uppföljning inom statlig verksamhet
• erfarenhet av följande system: KIA / KAJ, Primula, Besched, Winlas, Visma Proceedo, UBW-Citrix.

Personliga egenskaper:
• Du kan självständigt planera och strukturera ditt arbete, men också prioritera om utifrån förutsättningar som snabbt förändras
• Du är trygg i din roll som arbetsgivare och statstjänsteman
• Du är en mycket god relationsskapare

We are now looking for a Director of Quality and Sustainable Business to take on a multi-faceted responsibility, covering areas such as sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance and Claims, and all this by interacting in a global network. In this position, your main responsibilities are developing and executing implementation plans for quality and sustainable business in accordance with the overall Sandvik and Seco strategy. You have a clear vision, mission and strategy; connecting all stakeholders, collaborating and promoting cross-functional actions between functions and regions to reach success. As speed, customer experience and effectiveness are critical attributes in achieving our mission, you ensure to lead and coach the global team and take functional ownership of processes and results. You follow up and provide support whenever needed.

You lead our journey for an improved circular economy and a reduced environmental footprint, and you coach, lead and inspire a team of competent professionals in your mission to train, assess and support the fulfillment of the Seco Story and Making the Shift. On top of this, you lead and drive internal audit programs and implement quality spot-checks.


In this role, you are an active member of our Operations Management team, reporting to the VP of Global Operations. Preferably you are located in Fagersta, Sweden, and since you are responsible for our global operations, frequent travel to other production sites is a natural part of your job.


Your profile
We are looking for a visionary improver that will take quality and sustainability at Seco Tools to the next level. We expect a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and a solid professional background in executive management in quality and/or sustainability. You are an experienced leader, preferably from a managerial role in a manufacturing industry in a global environment. As we act on a truly global stage, you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.


With business in mind and a service focused approach, you understand the challenges of your areas of expertise, and you have an excellent ability to comprehend our customers’ needs.
