Your mission
In this role, you will take full responsibility in terms of delivering world-class customer service to our end customers within North Europe. You will contribute to increased profitability & productivity by streamlining your organization to increase the level of support with true focus on direct customer value. You will be leading a team of experienced Customer Service representatives located in North Europe. You will also be a member of the North Europe Leadership team and report to the Regional Customer Service Manager Europe.

Your profile
We see that you are a person with a strong & natural customer service mind-set and with a good understanding on how to leverage from your Customer Service team by continuously increasing the level of support to the relevant stakeholders within the business.
You have strong change management skills and experience, so that you are agile in your approach and able to adapt to fast changing customer demands.
A deep understanding of the Forecast to Deliver process is a must to be able to follow the interactional touchpoints pre-market, in-market and aftermarket supporting the customer journey.
You take decisive and firm decisions based upon the best interest when it comes to cost, quality, well-being and value creation.
With the customer is in focus you need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Deliver on KPIs & targets set to support the strategic direction ahead is a part of your natural drive.
You have strong social and communication skills and serve as the motivational source towards your team.
You have a natural way of thinking pro-actively to be one step ahead and drive improvements efficiently within your team towards a true pro-active work environment.
Since you’re in daily contact with internal & external stakeholders you have a way of connecting, building and leveraging global networks & building new relationships.

Education: University degree

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Customer service with at least 5 years in a people management role.

Your mission
As Order Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations and people management in our Order Fulfillment team located in Fagersta. About the job
In this role, you bridge the gap between our customers and business. You own the customer journey and coordinate between functions to ensure a consistent experience across all media and that touchpoints are in alignment with the Seco brand position. You’re accountable for developing the vision and execution plan to meet the future needs of our customers. You set priorities for the customer experience and work with functions and cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging and efficient.
Further responsibilities include:
Driving the digital CX functionality strategy to ensure the internal digital business tools support the company in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinating and leading a cross-functional Customer Experience Council.
Developing and cultivating customer-centric practices across Seco to bring the customer’s voice into daily practice and decision-making throughout the company.
Maintaining a regular cadence of reporting for enterprise visibility, transparency, and progress towards CX targets and objectives.
Serving as customer expert within Seco globally, through deep understanding and capability across core CX tools, such as Voice of Customer surveys, customer observations, behavioral and sentiment data analyses.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in business administration or marketing as well as extensive experience in journey mapping, development of customer experience strategies, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Accompanied with your degree, you have preferably a background in communications. You have organizational and project management skills of higher merit, with the ability to manage projects, budgets and plans as well as to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment with a wide range of people at all levels. Considering this, you’re efficient in both written and verbal English.
You’re a true collaborator at heart with strong verbal and written communication skills, which include presenting, relaying and communicating information for executive-level audiences in a flexible and understanding way. What you’ll do
As HQ Customer Excellence Support Manager, you lead and inspire the team that’s supporting and educating our Sales Units towards world-class customer interaction. Your team acts as regional partners worldwide and creates future capabilities through system and process ownership. As responsive support is needed 24 hours a day during work weeks, the part of the team working with support are spread out over Sweden, Asia, and Americas to capture all time zones.
