About the job
In this position, you manage the full flow of purchase, manufacturing, and distribution orders end-to-end to secure seamless execution, high data accuracy, and on-time delivery across the global supply chain. Your daily work drives standardization and automation, while performance management and cross-functional collaboration keep order fulfillment transparent and reliable. You actively work to future proof our supply chain moving from reactive to proactive order management while driving productivity through automation initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Own timely release, operational follow-up, and closure of replenish orders to our distribution centers while keeping backlog efficient and controlled.
Ensure order accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global standards in ERP.
Design, enforce, and continuously improve standardized order management processes, including documentation, standard operation procedures, and training for order-related activities.
Define, monitor, and communicate key metrics; maintain dashboards that create transparency across stakeholders.
Drive root cause analyses for delays or failures and lead prioritized corrective actions.
Run a structured Sales and Operation Execution process to manage short-term deviations and cross-functional resolutions to imbalances.
Align order priorities with production plans, supplier capacity, delivery commitments, and customer requirements through proactive stakeholder communication.
Partner with IT to automate order creation, release, and follow-up workflows; leverage analytics to identify synergies and balance workload.
Manage budget and cost-follow up.
Foster a performance culture within your team while driving and advocating for our core values, with an active focus on psychological safety and well-being.

You report to the Head of Global Planning and manage a global team of approximately 12 Master Schedulers – most of the team is based in Fagersta (Sweden) together with Pune (India). You’re an important member of the Global Planning Leadership team where you contribute to overall success for the organization.
Location and flexibility
The location of this position is Fagersta, Sweden. This is a global role within Global Planning, and you work in close collaboration with production units and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in supply chain and operations – making it natural for you to connect transactional execution with performance, process, and improvement. You’re comfortable leading work across functions and regions, with order governance and data accuracy as a daily priority.
Advanced education (three-four years university degree) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or similar – or the equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in end-to-end order execution and governance, including execution and monitoring if POs, MOs, and DOs.
Experience designing and enforcing standardized order management processes, with lean and digital workflows.
Hands-on ability to define and track operational performance metrics, build dashboards, and drive corrective actions based on root cause analyses.
Experience working in a global environment across cultures, time-zones and organizational levels.
Experience of improving data accuracy in ERP and partnering with IT on system and task automation.
Proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.

In this position, you're responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to deliver measurable business value. This position is based in either Stockholm or Fagersta in Sweden, or Pune in India, and offers a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
You bring proven hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions in production environments. With strong skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, you’re comfortable building and scaling models into real-world systems. You have experience working with lakehouse architectures, ideally on Databricks, and a solid understanding of data engineering practices and feature pipeline development. Alongside this, you’re familiar with Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or GenAI frameworks, while maintaining a strong foundation in classic ML and data science workflows. Your background includes applying MLOps principles across the full model lifecycle, from training to deployment and monitoring, using CI/CD, testing, and version control, as well as lifecycle management platforms such as MLflow, to ensure robust and repeatable delivery of AI solutions. About the job
In this position, you manage the CIO Office and lead the cross-functional management of information and technology at Seco Tools. You work as the right hand for the VP of IT at Seco Tools and have three main areas of responsibility which are strategic execution, operational excellence and enterprise architecture. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in IT, business, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. About the job
As part of our Global Supply Chain Support team, you take the lead in shaping our processes by driving improvement initiatives. You handle documentation and review existing processes as well as create new ones by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Project management is crucial in this role, so you set up timetables, follow up, and analyze working methods, tasks, and gaps. You work closely with various departments globally, supporting and introducing new colleagues and providing training both within the team and across the company.
You design and oversee processes to meet objectives and key indicators, ensuring smooth order processing. Documenting requirements and securing stakeholder agreements are part of your daily tasks. You set targets, continuously improve process effectiveness, implement changes, manage exceptions, and keep documentation up to date. In this position, your main responsibility is to lead the Portfolio Management department and coordinate that all portfolio projects are in line with the goals of Product Management and R&D. Vad vi gör?
På Seco Tools och vårt Technical Center i Fagersta arbetar vi med skärteknisk validering av nya produkter inom R&D globalt. Vi har även en viktig roll i framtagandet av nya prototyper samt ansvarar för olika typer av demonstrationer för såväl interna- som externa kunder. Vi har ett stort antal olika CNC-styrda maskiner och tillhandahåller utrustning för analysering av bearbetningsprocessen i form av exempelvis skärkraftsmätning, IR-kamera och höghastighetsfilmning. Tillsammans med försäljningstekniker löser vi kundernas skärtekniska problem och medverkar vid lanseringar av nya produkter.
Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen arbetar du främst med olika sorters CAM-beredningar kopplat mot vår interna prototyptillverkning. Du hanterar kundrelaterade förfrågningar och gör beredningar så att våra CNC-operatörer har rätt förutsättningar för att kunna genomföra demonstrationer i våra maskiner - tillsammans säkerställer ni att våra uppdrag blir korrekt utförda och ansvarar samtidigt för en övergripande planering så att arbetet löper på effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Då vi har en stor variation på de uppdrag vi ansvarar över är bland annat CAD-modellering, problemlösning kring fixturering och planering för utförande en stor del av det dagliga arbetet. Du bistår med stöttning kring CAM-beredning till andra avdelningar om behovet finns. Dom vanligast förekommande styrsystem som du kommer att arbeta mot är Heidenhain, Siemens samt Mazatrol.
Din profil
Vi söker dig med ett par års erfarenhet från en liknande tjänst, gärna kopplat mot exempelvis enstyckstillverkning, samt god kompetens inom skärande bearbetning. Du har goda kunskaper inom CAD, gärna i Siemens NX. För att lyckas i den här rollen behöver du ha flera års erfarenhet inom ritningsläsning och relevanta kunskaper inom olika typer av förekommande arbetsmaterial inom skärande bearbetning, samt goda kunskaper i Office 365. Då vi jobbar i Sverige men tillhör en global koncern är det viktigt att du pratar och skriver på både svenska och engelska.

About the job
In this position, you lead a team of process and tools specialists, process improvers, project managers – setting the strategic direction of the procurement process excellence. About the job
In this position, you will support, improve and develop the business in the PLM area. You will act as a skilled and knowledgeable team member whose role is to provide the business global PLM support and deliver best practices around the design and implementation of PLM applications and solutions in line with the business requirements. Acting as a link between the users and the developers at the IT department, you’re a trusted partner to the business in providing PLM applications and solutions, working alongside the IT business partners, project management office, security and IT operations teams. You can choose working location between Fagersta, Sweden or Pune, India. Some travel is included in the job.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you need good knowledge of English, both verbal and written, as we operate in a global setting. We’re looking for someone with a university degree in Computer Science or relevant education in technology or IT, who has also gained equivalent knowledge and experience from previous work in the PLM area. Experience in managing and administering Siemens environments/ 3D Experience (Enovia) tool integrations with PLM is a must.

About the job
In this position, you develop supply plans for our factories, and based on requirements and demands for a set area of products, product lines, segments or production, you continuously work to improve these plans. In order to optimize our services, working capital and costs, you balance supply and demand and ensure that the needed products are produced in our factories. You work in close contact with our supply network – such as inventory-, demand-, and production planning, new product development and warehousing – to ensure the right supply chain metrics and reliable plans. This close collaboration also gives you the tools you need to understand and discover potential issues, constraints or bottlenecks that may impact our supply efficiency.
Other parts of your job are to:
Monitor supply plans to identify changes and determine their effect on production schedules and inventory development
Improve and upgrade our planning processes, systems and reporting processes in order to ensure right products are produced and optimized way of working.
Adjust the accommodate short-term customer orders that differ from the agreed sales and operations planning (S&OP;) and contribute to improvement projects
Close collaboration with production units in order to support, drive improvement activities and make sure we are producing right products at right quantity

In the end, you create operationally and financially optimized supply plans - all based on customer requirements, inventory levels, material availability and available capacity.
The location for this position is preferably Fagersta, Sweden, although for the right candidate we might consider a flexible option within Sweden. Frequent visits to Fagersta is, however, a prerequisite.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within a relevant area, for example Logistics or Supply Chain Management. You have a few years’ experience from similar logistics or inventory planning roles – where you have learned the techniques and methodologies used in this line of work - and you’re an excellent Excel user. Skills in other systems and applications within the area is beneficial. Working in a global organization calls for fluency in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Your mission
In this position, a key focus area is to lead and empower the team and develop individuals and team capabilities in line with the strategy of Seco Tools. You also have a dual mission between product management and business and operational development.


The Product Management part includes five product lines and corporate coordination, pricing and profitability management, as well as product related marketing information. Our Product Managers have the overall responsibility for both volume and gross margin for their respective product lines. They set the strategy and take ownership of their product lines; acting as the coordination and decision-making point for their respective businesses. Our strategic direction within this area is to develop other revenue streams in alignment with the products, and an important part in this is good relations and cross-functional cooperation with R&D, Sales and Operations.


The Business and Operational Development part of the function employs a group of high-level professionals within the areas M&A, Project Management, Innovation and Strategy Implementation.


As VP, you work in close cooperation with our president and the executive team to drive the overall agenda of the function. This includes the product line strategy and following up on KPIs. Some of your current focus areas are:


·        Aligning our efforts towards profitable growth opportunities by working closely with Sales and R&D
·        Optimizing portfolio and product launches for productivity, by aligning our work between corporate and local functions
·        Business development, including M&A efforts


The home office of this position is flexible, however you’re preferably located at our head office in Fagersta, Sweden, or at one of our larger sites in Germany, France or the UK.


Your profile
We’re looking for someone with at least ten years’ experience from working in a leading position with strategic responsibility.
