About the job
In this position, you manage the full flow of purchase, manufacturing, and distribution orders end-to-end to secure seamless execution, high data accuracy, and on-time delivery across the global supply chain. Your daily work drives standardization and automation, while performance management and cross-functional collaboration keep order fulfillment transparent and reliable. You actively work to future proof our supply chain moving from reactive to proactive order management while driving productivity through automation initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Own timely release, operational follow-up, and closure of replenish orders to our distribution centers while keeping backlog efficient and controlled.
Ensure order accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global standards in ERP.
Design, enforce, and continuously improve standardized order management processes, including documentation, standard operation procedures, and training for order-related activities.
Define, monitor, and communicate key metrics; maintain dashboards that create transparency across stakeholders.
Drive root cause analyses for delays or failures and lead prioritized corrective actions.
Run a structured Sales and Operation Execution process to manage short-term deviations and cross-functional resolutions to imbalances.
Align order priorities with production plans, supplier capacity, delivery commitments, and customer requirements through proactive stakeholder communication.
Partner with IT to automate order creation, release, and follow-up workflows; leverage analytics to identify synergies and balance workload.
Manage budget and cost-follow up.
Foster a performance culture within your team while driving and advocating for our core values, with an active focus on psychological safety and well-being.

You report to the Head of Global Planning and manage a global team of approximately 12 Master Schedulers – most of the team is based in Fagersta (Sweden) together with Pune (India). You’re an important member of the Global Planning Leadership team where you contribute to overall success for the organization.
Location and flexibility
The location of this position is Fagersta, Sweden. This is a global role within Global Planning, and you work in close collaboration with production units and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in supply chain and operations – making it natural for you to connect transactional execution with performance, process, and improvement. You’re comfortable leading work across functions and regions, with order governance and data accuracy as a daily priority.
Advanced education (three-four years university degree) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or similar – or the equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in end-to-end order execution and governance, including execution and monitoring if POs, MOs, and DOs.
Experience designing and enforcing standardized order management processes, with lean and digital workflows.
Hands-on ability to define and track operational performance metrics, build dashboards, and drive corrective actions based on root cause analyses.
Experience working in a global environment across cultures, time-zones and organizational levels.
Experience of improving data accuracy in ERP and partnering with IT on system and task automation.
Proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.

Your Mission
In this role, you will lead initiatives that strengthen cost efficiency within our direct spend, working closely with global category managers to enhance category management and reinforce our strategic pillars of resilience and innovation.

Beskrivning
Vill du vara med och bygga strukturer som håller över tid? Ser du möjligheter i att arbeta över kommungränser för att nå gemensamma mål? Fagersta kommun har beviljats medel från Europeiska Socialfonden för ett projekt att stärka kompetensutveckling, arbetsplatslärande och introduktionsprogram.

Nu söker vi en operativ och drivande projektledare som vill vara med och utveckla framtidens arbetssätt inom projektet "Framtidssäkra kompetens tillsammans".

Med en föränderlig befolkningsutveckling och nya behov inom våra verksamheter tar vi nu nästa steg i att forma en stark och hållbar verksamhet. För att möta framtidens kompetensbehov krävs nya arbetssätt, långsiktigt hållbara strukturer och stark samverkan. I detta projekt, under 2026-2029 samarbetar vi nära Sala och Norberg kommun för att tillsammans nå våra mål.

Arbetsuppgifter
Rollen som projektledare innebär att du leder projektets hela genomförande – från planering och samordning till uppföljning och resultatredovisning. Du arbetar både strategiskt och praktiskt med att utveckla och genomföra kompetensutvecklingsinsatser för flera olika verksamhetsområden. Arbetet innefattar utveckling av digitala utbildningsmoduler såväl som att arrangera och hålla workshops, seminarier och andra lärande inslag.

Du kommer att arbeta utifrån projektets förändringsteori och ansvara att följa upp indikatorer och bidra till att ta fram hållbara och långsiktiga strukturer för lärande och kompetensstöd. I rollen ingår också att dokumentera och kommunicera projektets aktiviteter och resultat, sammanställa slutrapport samt vara föredragande inför styrgrupp och kommunledning. I din roll som projektledaren är du länken i arbetet mellan tre kommuner och säkerställer att projektets mål nås.

Tjänsten är placerad på avdelningen Stöd och styrning i Fagersta kommun. Du kommer att ha nära stöd från HR och andra administrativa funktioner, samtidigt som du leder och samverkar med din motsvarighet i Sala och Norberg kommun.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom relevant område, eller motsvarande erfarenhet. Du har praktisk erfarenhet av projektledning, gärna inom offentlig sektor, vilket ger dig förståelse för de strukturer och villkor som präglar kommunal verksamhet.

Det är en fördel om du har B-körkort då du kan komma att besöka olika verksamheter runtom i kommunen.

Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av arbetsledande roller, tidigare deltagit i EU- eller ESF-finansierade projekt eller arbetat med kompetensutveckling, utbildning eller digitalt lärande.

Som person är du strukturerad, van vid att arbeta med dokumentation, analysera information och sammanställa underlag på ett tydligt sätt. Du trivs i roller där du får driva arbete framåt, arbeta målinriktat och omsätta idéer till handling för att nå resultat. Du inspirerar och engagerar andra, känner dig bekväm med att leda grupper och hålla utbildningsmoment, och har lätt för att nätverka och kommunicera med olika aktörer. Om tjänsten

Som platschef ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla värdskapsleveransen på plats. Tjänsten innebär både operativt och administrativt arbete med fokus på att skapa en trygg och välkomnande miljö för Seco Tools medarbetare och besökare.

Du kommer att vara navet i en mindre grupp bestående av väktarutbildade kundvärdar och säkerställa en hög servicenivå med ett tydligt säkerhetsfokus. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat administrativt arbete, fastighetsrondering, administration kopplat till passersystem, tjänsteuppföljning mot FM-leveransen samt stöd till fastighetsavdelningen i säkerhetsrelaterade frågor.

Arbetstiden är förlagd till helgfria vardagar.

Dina kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som:


- Duktig administrativt med god datorvana.

- Har giltig väktarutbildning (VU1+VU2) och yrkeserfarenhet som väktare eller ordningsvakt.

- Har god erfarenhet av att leda personal samt trivs i en coachande roll och har goda referenser som bekräftar dina ledarskapsförmågor.

About the job
In this position, you're responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to deliver measurable business value. Your profile
You bring proven hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions in production environments. With strong skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, you’re comfortable building and scaling models into real-world systems. You have experience working with lakehouse architectures, ideally on Databricks, and a solid understanding of data engineering practices and feature pipeline development. Alongside this, you’re familiar with Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or GenAI frameworks, while maintaining a strong foundation in classic ML and data science workflows. Your background includes applying MLOps principles across the full model lifecycle, from training to deployment and monitoring, using CI/CD, testing, and version control, as well as lifecycle management platforms such as MLflow, to ensure robust and repeatable delivery of AI solutions. Med ett utökat ansvar för främjande och förebyggande insatser för att minska brottslighet och utsatthet bland barn och unga ser vi ett behov av att ytterligare stärka och samordna kommunens föräldraskapsstöd.



Ditt uppdrag
Du har ett nära samarbete med nyckelfunktioner för föräldrastöd inom kommunens olika förvaltningar och verksamheter och är också kontaktperson för övriga aktörer, ideella föreningar och organisationer som vi samverkar med. Du arbetar på uppdrag av och i nära kontakt med styrgruppen och arbetsgruppen för föräldrastöd i Fagersta. Du sitter med i olika arbets- och samverkansgrupper där frågor om föräldrastöd finns med på dagordningen.
Vi tänker att nedan beskrivna uppgifter ingår i tjänsten. Som projektledare har du en viktig del i att forma och utveckla rollen som föräldrastödssamordnare och uppdraget kan komma att förändras utifrån de erfarenheter vi gör och de effekter vi ser av arbetet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är samordning, marknadsföring och information, operativt stöd, uppföljning, utvärdering och utveckling.


Som föräldrastödssamordnare behöver du skapa dig en övergripande inblick och ha en helhetsbild över föräldraskapsstöd i Fagersta. Du är med och planerar och samordnar gemensamma föräldraaktiviteter och arbetar för att stärka samverkan över förvaltningsgränserna, liksom samverkan med andra lokala och regionala aktörer. Du är samordnare för Familjecentralen, en mötesplats för föräldrar med barn 0-1 år, och finns också på plats i verksamheten ett par tillfällen per vecka. Familjecentralen är en samverkan mellan Fagersta kommun, barnmorskemottagningen, barnhälsovården Praktikertjänst och Svenska kyrkan i Fagersta.
Du bistår med information, omvärldsbevakning på området och stöd i implementering av ett kunskapsbaserat, brottsförebyggande och jämlikt föräldraskapsstöd i Fagersta. Du driver lokal utveckling av arbetssätt, samverkan och metoder inom föräldrastöd. Vi vill även gärna att du startar upp och samordnar initiativ som bland annat en föräldramötesplats i norra Fagersta och arbetet med utökade hembesök.


Du följer upp kommunens aktiviteter och utbildningsinsatser inom området föräldrastöd, utvärderar effekter och resultat. Du rapporterar skriftligt, dokumenterar och sammanställa planering och uppföljning. Du ansvarar för kommunens övergripande information inom området föräldraskapsstöd, bland annat genom Förälder i Fagersta på kommunens hemsida.




Dina kvalifikationer och meriter
Vi söker dig som har minst treårig högskoleutbildning inom ett relevant område, exempelvis socialt arbete, beteendevetenskap, folkhälsovetenskap eller annan likvärdig utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som relevant. Du har kunskap om risk- och skyddsfaktorer, främjande och förebyggande arbete med föräldrar, familjer, barn och unga.

Vi söker dig som är en relationsskapande person som har god förmåga att skapa och underhålla kontakter. Vi tänker att du som söker denna tjänst trivs med ett flexibelt arbete, där du är med och planerar, följer upp och utvecklar kommunens arbete med föräldrastöd. About the job
As part of our Global Supply Chain Support team, you take the lead in shaping our processes by driving improvement initiatives. You handle documentation and review existing processes as well as create new ones by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Project management is crucial in this role, so you set up timetables, follow up, and analyze working methods, tasks, and gaps. You work closely with various departments globally, supporting and introducing new colleagues and providing training both within the team and across the company.
You design and oversee processes to meet objectives and key indicators, ensuring smooth order processing. Documenting requirements and securing stakeholder agreements are part of your daily tasks. You set targets, continuously improve process effectiveness, implement changes, manage exceptions, and keep documentation up to date. In this position, you manage the CIO Office and lead the cross-functional management of information and technology at Seco Tools. Genom Samordningsförbundet ges möjligheter att tillsammans arbeta och finansiera insatser – över organisationsgränserna – för att människor som står långt från arbetsmarknaden ska få bättre hälsa och kunna komma vidare till jobb eller studier.

Förbundets medlemmar är kommunerna i Västmanland, Region Västmanland, Arbetsförmedlingen och Försäkringskassan. Våra medlemmar har olika uppdrag och expertkunskap, men delar också ett ansvar för personer som står långt från arbetsmarknaden. Om de arbetar tillsammans kan de göra större skillnad för individer, personal och samhället i stort än vad de kan göra var för sig.
Samordningsförbundet finns för att skapa bättre förutsättningar för samverkan.

Samordningsförbundets styrelse beslutar om verksamhetsinriktning och finansiering av samverkansinsatser. Till styrelsens hjälp finns ett kansli med förbundschef och utvecklingsledare.
Samordningsförbundets säte är i Fagersta kommun, men arbetet sker i hela länet.  

Samordningsförbundet Västmanland är en delvis ny verksamhet. Det tre tidigare Samordningsförbunden i länet slås från årsskiftet samman till ett länsförbund, och tjänsterna som utvecklingsledare är därför nya.  Förbundets säte och kansli är i Fagersta kommun, men vi kommer troligen ha kanslilokal i Västerås eller Köping också. 

Ditt uppdrag
Utvecklingsledaren ska tillsammans med övriga kansliet
- Samordna och utveckla förbundets verksamhet utifrån styrelsens beslut och anvisningar.
- Fånga upp och analysera behov av samverkansinsatser genom en nära dialog och samarbete med chefer och medarbetare hos förbundets parter
- Ge process- och utvecklingsstöd till såväl befintliga som framtida insatser. Insatserna kan vara såväl individinriktade som strukturella.
- Arrangera mötesplatser för samverkan och gemensam kompetensutveckling
- Var ett stöd till förbundets parter att söka extern finansiering för verksamhetsutveckling t ex via Europeiska Socialfonden.

Arbetet i Samordningsförbundet ger möjlighet att bidra till att ge människor i utsatt situation en chans till egenmakt, bättre hälsa samt att få bidra och tillhöra ett sammanhang. Kansliets personal arbetar dock inte i direktkontakt med de personer som arbetet ytterst ska hjälpa. Det operativa klientarbetet sker via förbundets parter, men stödet från förbundet skapar förutsättningar för ett effektivare rehabiliteringsarbete. 

Arbetsuppgifterna är mycket varierande och vi kommer ha stora möjligheter att tillsammans forma ett effektivt, kompetent och flexibelt team med stor arbetsglädje. 

Dina kvalifikationer och meriter
För att klara uppdraget behöver du ha följande kvalifikationer/erfarenheter

- Relevant högskoleutbildning eller annan bakgrund/arbetserfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.

- Ha erfarenhet av samverkan mellan myndigheter

- Ha förståelse för vikten av goda relationer för en framgångsrik samverkan. 

- I Västmanland finns en lång tradition av att utveckla det lösningsfokuserade arbetssättet, och du behöver därför vara kunnig i och bekväm med förhållningssättet.

- Ledarerfarenhet (behöver dock inte ha haft personalansvar) och vara bekväm med att möta grupper - såväl fysiskt som digitalt.

Det är en fördel om du

- Har kunskap om hur arbetet i ett Samordningsförbund bedrivs.

- Har lokalkännedom och ett etablerat nätverk i området Västerås, Köping, Arboga och/eller Kungsör är det meriterande.

About the job
In this position, your main responsibility is to lead the Portfolio Management department and coordinate that all portfolio projects are in line with the goals of Product Management and R&D. Along with this, you direct, evaluate and develop program and project managers to ensure that all projects relating to the programs are delivered within defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Socialförvaltningen har en central administration som består av socialchef, tre avdelningschefer för områden individ- och familjeomsorg, äldreomsorg och funktionshinder samt kvalitetschef och övriga förvaltningsövergripande stödresurser där denna tjänst ingår.

Inom förvaltningen arbetar drygt 500 medarbetare inom de olika avdelningarna.


Ditt uppdrag
Socialförvaltningen i Fagersta utvecklas och förändras för framtidens utmaningar, vi ser att digitala lösningar är en viktig del av framtidens vård och omsorg.

Arbetsuppgifter
Socialförvaltningen söker verksamhetsutvecklare inom digitalisering. Tjänsten kommer att innefatta systemförvaltning, digital utveckling och innovation. I arbetet kommer även informationssäkerhet att ingå samt arbete med att stödja förvaltningen i olika utredningsuppdrag. Som verksamhetsutvecklare kommer du arbeta med frågor utifrån ett strategiskt perspektiv, samtidigt som du stödjer verksamheterna operativt. Exempelvis kan det innebära att identifiera förbättringar i verksamhetens processer, rutiner och arbetssätt från ett användardrivet perspektiv, såväl som att bereda digitala lösningar, utbilda i lösningarna och implementera dessa i verksamheten. Det innebär också att skapa förståelse och acceptans för de förändringar som införandet medför hos intressenter och individer i verksamheten.

Vi arbetar ofta tillsammans för att åstadkomma nytta, för då är vi starkare. I din roll har du samtidigt ett stort självständigt ansvar för att i samråd med chef planera och prioritera ditt arbete - alltid med våra verksamheter och kunder i fokus.

Dina kvalifikationer och meriter

För tjänsten som verksamhetsutvecklare krävs att du har en högskoleutbildning inom relevant område. Det kan innebära att du IT utbildad eller exempelvis är en sjuksköterska med erfarenhet av digitalisering och har teknisk kunskap.
Du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som verksamhetsutvecklare och är förändringsbenägen. Du har en förståelse för behovsprocesser och implementering av verksamhetsnära teknik som möjliggörare för förflyttning inom digitalisering.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av införandeprojekt i gränslandet mellan välfärdsteknik, IT-system och verksamhet. Då tjänsten innebär att du behöver förstå och kommunicera ekonomiska aspekter av implementering ser vi det även som en fördel om du tidigare arbetat med processkartläggning och nyttoanalyser samt att du har erfarenhet att hålla i presentationer och utbildningar.

Vad vi gör?
På Seco Tools och vårt Technical Center i Fagersta arbetar vi med skärteknisk validering av nya produkter inom R&D globalt. Vi har även en viktig roll i framtagandet av nya prototyper samt ansvarar för olika typer av demonstrationer för såväl interna- som externa kunder. Vi har ett stort antal olika CNC-styrda maskiner och tillhandahåller utrustning för analysering av bearbetningsprocessen i form av exempelvis skärkraftsmätning, IR-kamera och höghastighetsfilmning. Tillsammans med försäljningstekniker löser vi kundernas skärtekniska problem och medverkar vid lanseringar av nya produkter.
Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen arbetar du främst med olika sorters CAM-beredningar kopplat mot vår interna prototyptillverkning. Du hanterar kundrelaterade förfrågningar och gör beredningar så att våra CNC-operatörer har rätt förutsättningar för att kunna genomföra demonstrationer i våra maskiner - tillsammans säkerställer ni att våra uppdrag blir korrekt utförda och ansvarar samtidigt för en övergripande planering så att arbetet löper på effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Då vi har en stor variation på de uppdrag vi ansvarar över är bland annat CAD-modellering, problemlösning kring fixturering och planering för utförande en stor del av det dagliga arbetet. Du bistår med stöttning kring CAM-beredning till andra avdelningar om behovet finns. Dom vanligast förekommande styrsystem som du kommer att arbeta mot är Heidenhain, Siemens samt Mazatrol.
Din profil
Vi söker dig med ett par års erfarenhet från en liknande tjänst, gärna kopplat mot exempelvis enstyckstillverkning, samt god kompetens inom skärande bearbetning. Du har goda kunskaper inom CAD, gärna i Siemens NX. För att lyckas i den här rollen behöver du ha flera års erfarenhet inom ritningsläsning och relevanta kunskaper inom olika typer av förekommande arbetsmaterial inom skärande bearbetning, samt goda kunskaper i Office 365. Då vi jobbar i Sverige men tillhör en global koncern är det viktigt att du pratar och skriver på både svenska och engelska.

About the job
In this position, you lead a team of process and tools specialists, process improvers, project managers – setting the strategic direction of the procurement process excellence. You have the opportunity to review, analyze, improve, and automate existing procurement processes in alignment with our different stakeholders at Seco, but also following the guidelines from the Sandvik group.
By leading continuous improvement within process documentation, KPI’s and tools (process maps, way of working activities, measurement specifications, IT tools and learning material etc.), you enable reliable processes, procedures, and systems to comply with our targets towards sustainable customer-supplier relationships. You work with the IT team to develop efficient tools to be used in various procurement activities and add value.
You report to the Procurement Director, within the Operations Management team of Seco Tools.
The location for this position is primarily in Fagersta, or near one of our Seco Tools sites.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who has a good understanding of the procurement process development and methodology, with experience gained through education in a relevant field of studies or work experience from a similar role. You’re skilled in Office 365 and have general competencies in systems and processes. This position calls for excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to set and work towards clear goals. Also, leadership abilities with a LEAN perspective are beneficial, and knowledge and understanding of ERP system such as M3 is also good to have.
We’re genuinely interested in your personal skills and your key to success in this position is your strategic and well-organized way of working. You’re analytical and have a perfect eye for details. Acting in a global environment requires extensive English skills, both verbally and in writing.

Your mission
In this position, you improve and develop the business in the PLM area. About the job
In this position, you will support, improve and develop the business in the PLM area. Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within for example Engineering, Commercial Economics or Digital Marketing, combined with a technical curiosity about our products and its complimentary data. We believe that you understand how different systems talk to each other as well as how to work with product data. Basic knowledge within the machining industry and a variety of digital technologies – including integration, AI and machine learning – is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must as you work in a truly global setting, while knowledge of other languages is desirable.

Your mission

About the job
As Director for Pricing and Profitability, you’re responsible for establishing a balanced, competitive and profitable pricing strategy for our product portfolio together with our Product Lines. You actively work with pricing management from a global perspective – meaning you lead our annual pricing revision process and continuously monitor our pricing development and make adjustments based on market shifts, currency or other movements. Together with finance, you also support the internal transfer pricing framework.


You work closely together with our five sales regions to support our key accounts with relevant pricing and business model solutions and on cross border agreements. In addition, you continuously evaluate and challenge our ways of working with regards to pricing - building new capabilities, investing in new systems and tools and developing the understanding of our pricing strategy within the organization. Strong collaboration is central in this position, and you keep all of your key stakeholders within Product Management, Sales and Finance in the loop.

Your mission
As our Sustainability Specialist, you’re responsible for project management of the sustainability work as we aim to advance and stretch our focus in this area. About the job
In this position, you develop supply plans for our factories, and based on requirements and demands for a set area of products, product lines, segments or production, you continuously work to improve these plans. In order to optimize our services, working capital and costs, you balance supply and demand and ensure that the needed products are produced in our factories. You work in close contact with our supply network – such as inventory-, demand-, and production planning, new product development and warehousing – to ensure the right supply chain metrics and reliable plans. This close collaboration also gives you the tools you need to understand and discover potential issues, constraints or bottlenecks that may impact our supply efficiency.
Other parts of your job are to:
Monitor supply plans to identify changes and determine their effect on production schedules and inventory development
Improve and upgrade our planning processes, systems and reporting processes in order to ensure right products are produced and optimized way of working.
Adjust the accommodate short-term customer orders that differ from the agreed sales and operations planning (S&OP;) and contribute to improvement projects
Close collaboration with production units in order to support, drive improvement activities and make sure we are producing right products at right quantity

In the end, you create operationally and financially optimized supply plans - all based on customer requirements, inventory levels, material availability and available capacity.
The location for this position is preferably Fagersta, Sweden, although for the right candidate we might consider a flexible option within Sweden. Frequent visits to Fagersta is, however, a prerequisite.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within a relevant area, for example Logistics or Supply Chain Management. You have a few years’ experience from similar logistics or inventory planning roles – where you have learned the techniques and methodologies used in this line of work - and you’re an excellent Excel user. Skills in other systems and applications within the area is beneficial. Working in a global organization calls for fluency in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

You act as our representative in external forums such as ITIA (International Tungsten Industry Association) and CoRC (Cobalt Reach Consortium) - ordering research materials, participating in discussions on how to manage cobalt, and taking relevant information and findings back to the organization. In collaboration with representatives from the different divisions, you take lead and secure how the cobalt policy is driven at a company level and you’re responsible for the strategic development in this area. To label and classify our products in a correct way and update our safety information sheets and safety data sheets is an important part of your job, as is carrying out education and presentations internally to make sure that we always handle chemicals and cobalt as safely as possible and according to accurate legislations. The location for this position is flexible within Sweden, however you need to make frequent visits to our site in Fagersta. Other planned travel also occurs. Your mission
In this position, a key focus area is to lead and empower the team and develop individuals and team capabilities in line with the strategy of Seco Tools. Another success factor is to create consistency and leveraging synergies between the product lines, and across the business globally. You also have a dual mission between product management and business and operational development.


The Product Management part includes five product lines and corporate coordination, pricing and profitability management, as well as product related marketing information. Our Product Managers have the overall responsibility for both volume and gross margin for their respective product lines. They set the strategy and take ownership of their product lines; acting as the coordination and decision-making point for their respective businesses. Our strategic direction within this area is to develop other revenue streams in alignment with the products, and an important part in this is good relations and cross-functional cooperation with R&D, Sales and Operations.


The Business and Operational Development part of the function employs a group of high-level professionals within the areas M&A, Project Management, Innovation and Strategy Implementation.


As VP, you work in close cooperation with our president and the executive team to drive the overall agenda of the function. This includes the product line strategy and following up on KPIs. Some of your current focus areas are:


·        Aligning our efforts towards profitable growth opportunities by working closely with Sales and R&D
·        Optimizing portfolio and product launches for productivity, by aligning our work between corporate and local functions
·        Business development, including M&A efforts


The home office of this position is flexible, however you’re preferably located at our head office in Fagersta, Sweden, or at one of our larger sites in Germany, France or the UK.


Your profile
We’re looking for someone with at least ten years’ experience from working in a leading position with strategic responsibility. You’re a senior B2B professional with experience from strategic positions connected to areas like business development, product management and market strategy – preferably from an industrial background. This includes a solid track record from driving growth and business change, and proven leadership capabilities in matrix organizations and cross-functional teamsYour knowledge is backed by a relevant university degree in Engineering, BA or similar. You’re fluent in both written and verbal English, while skills in Swedish or other languages used within the Group is beneficial.


You have a well-developed ethical compass and we believe you always act with integrity and genuine engagement.
