Vi söker en senior programledare som vill driva initiativ inom Customer Reliability och Customer Transparency med fokus på Order-to-Cash (O2C) och övergång till Infor M3 Cloud. Du får en central roll i att stärka leveransprecision, förbättra kundkommunikation och skapa tydligare styrning genom robust uppföljning i Power BI. Uppdraget omfattar även att säkra struktur och integrationer mellan ERP (Infor M3) och angränsande system i samband med migrering till molnplattformen.
Miljön är tvärfunktionell med nära samverkan mellan verksamhet och IT, där du förväntas skapa framdrift, tydlighet och förankring hos både operativa team och seniora beslutsfattare.
ArbetsuppgifterPlanera, leda och koordinera ett tvärfunktionellt program inom Customer Reliability och Customer Transparency med fokus på O2C.
Driva förbättring av leveransprecision och transparens i kundflöden, inklusive uppföljning av relevanta mätetal (t.ex. OTIF).
Säkerställa kravställning, backlog och leverans av Power BI-rapporter och dashboards för operativ och ledningsmässig uppföljning.
Koordinera aktiviteter kopplade till övergången från Infor M3 till M3 Cloud, inklusive integrationer mot närliggande system.
Planera och leda test- och införandeaktiviteter, såsom SIT/UAT, cutover och hypercare, med fokus på O2C.
Förbättra datakvalitet i Order-to-Cash med fokus på kund-, artikel-, pris- och leveransdata.
Ansvara för förändringsledning: stakeholder management, kommunikationsplan, utbildning och införandestöd.
Hantera risker, beslutspunkter och styrning genom styrgrupper och löpande uppföljning.
KravErfarenhet som projekt- eller programledare inom Supply Chain och/eller kundnära flöden.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ERP-relaterade förändringar, gärna Infor M3 och/eller migrering till M3 Cloud.
Stark förståelse för Order-to-Cash samt angränsande processer (planering, lager, distribution, fakturering).
Bevisad förmåga att hantera seniora stakeholders och leda arbete i matrisorganisation.
Erfarenhet av Power BI, inklusive etablering av datamodeller, mätetal samt publicerings- och förvaltningsstruktur.
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
Förståelse för efterlevnad av GDPR samt interna informationssäkerhetspolicies, inklusive behörighetsstyrning för BI-rapporter och datakällor.
MeriterandeTidigare roll inom Regional Supply eller Sales Supply.
Erfarenhet av EDI/PEPPOL, kundportaler, CRM-integrationer och prishantering.
Certifiering inom projektmetodik (PMP, Prince2 eller SAFe) eller förändringsledning (PROSCI).
Erfarenhet av datalager/ETL kopplat till Power BI (t.ex. Azure eller SSIS).
Erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustri med höga krav på leveransprecision och kundupplevelse.

About the job
In this position, you establish and develop project-, program- and portfolio management and processes based on our business needs. You ensure project model alignment, training of project managers and steering groups in an established way of working. By developing, establishing and following up of project- and program- controls and project KPI's, you ensure that portfolio-, program- and project- management are performed within guidelines. Your main focus will be on R&D Product Development Projects for Round Tools and Digital Projects. You will work closely with another Project Portfolio Coordinator to establish an effective and efficient way of working.
In short, your responsibilities also include:
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports.
Assisting with resource scheduling.
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication.
Managing project plan, budget, schedule and scope statements.
Executing project management administrative tasks.
Preparing and managing various project management documents.
Fostering cross-team collaboration.
Training/ communicating project management methodologies to project leaders

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or other related fields combined with experience from project coordination or project management roles. However, gained knowledge and experience from previous work within the Project Management Office area can be considered equivalent. You’re well acquainted with working in an industry and in R&D and product projects. You also have working knowledge of different project management software, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and certifications in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar. To succeed in this role, you need good knowledge of English, both verbal and written, as we operate in a global setting.

About the job
As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, product, and business. You’ll drive the architecture and development of new digital solutions — from zero-to-one prototyping to production-scale deployments. Your mission 
This is a global role within the New Technology organization in TLD R&D organization. You have all business lines and units in TLD field of working.

To develop and roll out and continuously improve a tailored agile framework for TLD technology projects ensuring efficient ways of working in the front-end of innovation.

Taking over key roles (scrum master, project owner and project manager) in large and strategically relevant new technology projects, which will ensure the future of our TLD business areas.

Become the main source of competence for agile project management within TLD and support project teams in their agile journey (close to scrum master role).


Your profile 
We see that you have project management experience, specifically in agile methods as well as a technical university degree. The position also requires that you are fluent in English. 

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and like when lots of things are going on under your responsibility. Since you are working both strategical, and operational it is of importance that you have both analytical and strategical skills.

The position is in Fagersta, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
