In this role, you will provide IT support both on-site and remotely to Epiroc end users within the Nordic Region. Our team consists of 14 innovative colleagues with the goal of delivering the best possible service.
We operate in the Nordic Region, including Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

Your mission
As an End User Support Specialist (EUS Specialist), you will provide full onsite/desk-side and remote support to end-users for all their IT issues, services, and change requests.

Your main mission will be to provide 2nd level support onsite in Fagersta, as well as support remote users at other locations.

Your profile
A bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience is required.
We work with ITIL; therefore, it’s an advantage if you have an ITIL Certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience within IT, for example, troubleshooting hardware and managing/supporting mobile and other devices, with frequent customer contact.

Experience with PC management software, such as remote software installation, remote PC support, and re/imaging PCs, is necessary. It’s an advantage if you have experience with Altiris.

Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must, and it's advantageous if you are fluent in Swedish.
As a person, you know how to prioritize and have a sense of urgency when needed.
You find solutions where others might see challenges, and you enjoy providing services and building relationships with the business as well as end-users.

You enjoy supporting non-technical end-users in a professional way and are willing to go the extra mile to find solutions. With your analytical skills, you thrive when solving problems in complex environments.
A driver’s license is a must.

Location and travel
This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden. Some travel is required within the Nordic region.

Your mission
In this position, you support your team with the coordination, planning and preparation of internal control (IC) implementations for Seco entities globally. You also support in reviewing our control designs and the questions related to the operational phase of internal controls. With your presentation skills, you conduct and participate in walkthroughs regarding risks and control of our processes. You also have periodic follow-up meetings with our entity IC lead in the performance of the operations by checking the quarterly results of our Bwise self-assessment tool. Other work assignments also include:

Periodic review of the toolbox attached to the RACM (Risk and Control Matrix), which provides links to the policies and procedures related to risks. This includes updating the toolbox with any changes to the existing Sandvik/SMS/Seco policies and procedures.
Conduct training to entities regarding control testing.
Transfer price reviews and controlling of existing and new flows.



This position is flexible within Europe where Seco has offices and supports remote or hybrid work options. However, the position should be flexible to travel to headquarters in Fagersta and to other Seco offices when required.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any other related field. You have a good understanding of the COSO framework and preferably work experience from one or more of the Big 4 Audit companies. You’re proficient in the Microsoft suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint and preferably you have knowledge of M3 ERP systems. You also have previous experience in writing internal policies, procedures, process evaluation and documentation. We operate at an international level, which requires an adequate fluency in the English language, both verbally and in written form.
Your mastering of balancing an independent and cooperative workflow means a lot to us, and you have accompanying strong communication, analytical and human relations skills. You handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease, and you have the ability to address issues, manage expectations, effect change and demonstrate a professional and objective perspective towards work matters. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and business acumen, with flexibility and independence regarding shift patterns and working in an ever-changing environment.

Your mission
In this position, you support the planning and preparation of internal control (IC) implementations in Seco entities and report to Head of Internal Controls and Compliances. You take part in walkthrough meetings with the entities, assist in the writing and reviewing of control designs and answer possible questions related to the operational phase – which are coordinated by IC leads at our entities. To follow up on the performance of the implementations, you run meetings with the entity IC leads where you check and discuss the results of our self-assessment tool and the follow up on their actions.
Taking ownership for our Risk and Control Matrix toolbox – containing links to risk-related policies and procedures – you do periodic reviews and updates whenever the policies and procedures have changed. You also act as a point of contact regarding our Enterprise Risk Management for process finance, global processes and our different Seco departments. Cooperating with our Security Director, you support and ensure that the global controls for ERM and Business Continuity Management are in place and effective.
The location for this role is globally flexible and some travelling is a natural part of the job whenever the circumstances are back to normal.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with several years’ work experience within auditing, internal control or similar relevant field. This has given you proficiency within Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and preferably also M3 ERP. It’s beneficial if you have knowledge or work experience within the manufacturing industry, as well as in writing internal policies, procedures and process evaluations. As we work in a global setting, good communication and presentation skills in English are needed.
You’re an excellent communicator who’s good at building relationships and has a strong business acumen – always keeping a professional, ethical and objective perspective. You combine your interpersonal abilities with solid analytical skills, as you’re detail oriented and have the ability to interpret figures and other financial information, and to address issues and affect change.
