As Project Manager – Brand Communication within the Rock Drilling Tools business line (Tools & Attachments division) you take an active role in developing the way we communicate into a clear competitive advantage. Your main focus is the building and strengthening of the Epiroc brand, acquired brands and our product trademarks, and contribution to lead generation and market share growth within all segments.
In this role you are a central part of the Global Communication and Brand team for the business line and the division. You are part of a creative and dynamic, global marketing department and work in a truly international environment together with cross-functional colleagues all over the world. This position offers, and requires, a large network and possibilities to influence.
Your mission
The role requires a skilled project manager with a flair for communication, both digital and non-digital, as well as broad knowledge of marketing and brand communication. A major part of the role consists of leading and coordinating projects, such as product launches, campaigns and exhibitions – from plan, budgeting and production to follow-up. Furthermore, you will initiate, produce, publish and follow-up of compelling content across different channels.
In this role you will support the Communication Manager in overall strategy work and implementation of set strategies and activities. You will lead our business line’s digital presence and support and set up web and social media strategies, produce compelling content and make sure it is spread to relevant stakeholders. You will collaborate with trade press and influencers as part of the marketing activation process. An important part is measuring and analysis of content and campaign performance and ROMI. You will also monitor market trends and customers’ and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a degree in Marketing, Media & Communication or similar. You have at least five years of work experience within the Communication field as a project manager or comparable role. You are used to leading and coordinating projects from start to end.
You have good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC. If you have some skills in video production and other digital communication-tools that’s a plus. You have excellent English writing and communication skills and the ability to tailor compelling content to different audiences.
As a person you are a pro-active and self-driven individual. You are creative and focused on digital and growth-oriented marketing. In this role it is important that you are a prestigeless team player and have the capability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines. You are curious, analytical, organized and can easily adapt to changes.
Location and travel
Our headquarters are located in Fagersta, Sweden. We are a global team so remote work is considered. The role requires occasional travelling.
