Your Mission
As a Market Analyst, you strengthen Epiroc’s pricing performance across your region. You analyze market and pricing trends, lead improvement initiatives, and support Customer Centers in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies. You act as the link between central and local pricing functions and ensure a continuous flow of market intelligence.



Key Responsibilities


Monitor price trends, currency effects, and market developments that impact profitability.



Lead pricing improvement activities with divisional and local stakeholders.



Collect and analyze competitor data and market insights.



Drive change management to improve pricing compliance and performance.



Support Customer Centers with training, tools, and guidance on pricing processes.

Your Mission

Experience in designing RC hammers or similar drilling products is a plus, though not required. 
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.

The Pricing & Profitability department is looking for an analytical Global Pricing Officer, to take a position in the active zone between operational business and strategic price planning. The Pricing & Profitability department has the goal of contributing to increased sales and profit. About the job
You will be responsible for product pricing within Seco Tools, with the goal of establishing both competitive and profitable pricing for our product portfolio. You develop market prices, monitor profitability in individual markets, coordinate pricing and establish key account analyzes. This position interfaces between the marketing department and the product lines, as well as between the product manager and sales organization worldwide. Since we act on a global basis, some travel is included in this position.
The team consists of a group of six Global Pricing Officers reporting to Director of Pricing & Profitability, all based in our office in Fagersta, Sweden. While we prefer you being on site, this position also allows for a hybrid working schedule where remote work is possible a few days a week.


Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree who has experience from a strategic position within pricing or equivalent experience from marketing, product line, financial or sales. From previous work, you know how to create value-based pricing/sales, and you are skillful in Excel and other types of analytical tools. You have good skills in English, in both writing and speaking.

Your profile
For this role we are searching for a candidate that have minimum 5 years of experience from international marketing in the mining industry. You have a university degree, preferably in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through work experience.
Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing communication skills is essential. It’s meritorious if you have good knowledge of Swedish verbally and in writing communication.
For this role it’s a plus if you have a good understanding of RDT Agreement setups and experience from RDT Agreement operations.
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented person with strong customer focus. You have high communication skill and personal drive, works proactively, and have a good analytical skill. On top of this you have a positive attitude, and you firmly believe that there is always a better way!

Som teknisk produktansvarig ansvarar du tekniskt och kommersiellt gällande företagets egenproducerade ventiler, agenturprodukter och tillbehör. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för innehållet i företagets e-handel och digitala kommunikation.

I rollen upprätthåller du produkternas tekniska specifikation i olika medier och stödjer marknad/försäljning med applikationskunskap och annan kundrelaterad information runt produkternas användning, samt är länken till vår produktion och våra leverantörer av agenturprodukter.

Briefly about the job
In this position, you’ll act in close collaboration with our sales teams, IT, product managers and customers to enhance, maintain and build improvements for our product data services. You support in the development of data-distribution according to requirements of end-users, and assure they are aligned with our overall strategy and meeting business needs.
You describe and prioritize improvements, changes and bug fixes. Being responsible for the backlog of product data services, you explore product data needs and translate customer requirements to existing solutions or develop new ones, and you support with the implementation of our product data services at external partners and software's. To ensure our continuous success, you also support various projects to capture improvements and requirements related to product data services.

Naturally, you also need to bring some experience and knowledge to the job, and we’re looking for someone with a university degree within for example IT, Digital Sales, Digital Products, Commercial Economics or Digital Marketing, combined with a technical curiosity about our products and its complimentary data. You have good knowledge within the field of product data and agile development, and we believe that you understand how different systems talk to each other. Basic knowledge within the machining industry and a variety of digital technologies – including CAM software – is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must as you work in a truly global setting, while knowledge of other languages is desirable.

Ämnena digitalt skapande och design är två ämnen som finns som en inriktning inom teknikprogrammet.
Det innebär att du behöver känna dig bekväm inom nedanstående delar:

Design 2 innefattar bland annat att undervisa om designprocess, projektarbetsmetodik och att undervisa om hur eleven kan planera, strukturera och genomföra designprojekt. Det innefattar även undervisning om analoga och virtuella gestaltningssätt för två- och tredimensionell visualisering av idéer, till exempel ritning, skiss och modeller. Samt undervisning om hur eleven kan presentera designprocessens olika delar med hjälp av bild, ritning, modell, skrift och tal.

Digitalt skapande handlar om att ge elever kunskap om digitala och analoga skapandeprocesser. Kunskaper om digitala verktyg för att skapa och gestalta olika uttryck. Ge elever kunskap om att samarbeta via webb och nätverk, både synkront och asynkront. Samt förståelse om olika presentations- och spridningsvägar för digitala produktioner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som produktchef kommer du ha det övergripande ansvaret för företagets produkter. Det innebär att du ansvarar tekniskt och kommersiellt gällande företagets egenproducerade ventiler, agenturprodukter och tillbehör. Som produktchef är du en del av försäljning och marknad och länken till vår produktion och leverantörer av agenturprodukter.

I tjänsten kommer du ansvara för presentation och tekniskt innehåll i företagets e-handel och digitala kommunikation. Du upprätthåller produkternas tekniska specifikation i olika medier och stödjer marknad/försäljning med applikationskunskap och annan kundrelaterad information runt produkternas användning.

Du kommer arbeta nära kunder och leverantörer för att utfärda offerter enligt kundens kravbild och samtala/förhandla med leverantörer i det dagliga arbetet. Att inhämta information om användning av produkter och skapande av applikationsdokumentation samt förmedla den digitalt är en viktig del.

Tjänsten innefattar externa kontaktytor, i form av upprätthållande av relationer med leverantörer och genomföra förhandlingar av kommersiella avtal. Du kommer ha ett nära samarbete med marknads- och försäljningsavdelningen, där ni tillsammans kommer implementera och utveckla försäljningsstrategier för produkter samt agera som ett tekniskt stöd.



Din profil
För att trivas i tjänsten ser vi att du är genuint tekniskt intresserad och ser digitalisering och e-handel som en spännande utmaning och möjlighet för företagets tillväxt likväl din egen professionella utveckling. Du har en teknisk utbildning och bakgrund, gärna inom processindustri. Du har förmågan att presentera och förklara produkter och dess användning på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt genom personlig kontakt men även digitala kanaler såsom LinkedIn, webinar etc.

Dina kunskaper i svenska och engelska är mycket goda, i både tal och skrift. Besitter du kunskap i andra språk ser vi det som meriterande.

Du har mycket goda kunskaper inom Office 365 och har sedan tidigare vana att arbeta med produkter och produktdata i affärssystem. Job description
You will take on the mission as being CEO of the product line, meaning you take full responsibility of the profit and loss scorecard ranging from overall revenue to the operating profit to ensure a sustainable profitable growth of the product line. As part of achieving that, you will be responsible of the strategic product roadmap for the whole DTH product portfolio where you determine what products should be introduced to the portfolio, improved or discontinued and phased out.

In addition to spending your time with our customer centers and customers, you will work with all other internal functions such as R&D, production and supply chain in order to be successful in reaching your mission.

You will lead a global team of product specialists that reports to you where you together support and solve technical challenges in the field, conduct product training's, analyze claims and conduct field trials of new products that is in development.

In this position you will report to the Global Product Portfolio Manager of Rock Drilling Tools and work in an organization with several Global Product Managers of other product lines where we will learn from each other through sharing best practices and help each other as a team. You will work with a manager that embraces freedom with accountability and you will feel empowered to take own decisions to favor our overall efficiencies while also getting support and exchange ideas with when needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience of the applications and products, meaning you should have worked in a customer environment within the mining and construction industry and have experience of working with Down The Hole application. Having a university degree within mining and civil engineering along with a financial degree or similar is a merit.

It is a commercial role that requires a keen sense of business while also require an analytical mindset in combination with a practical understanding of our customers needs and challenges. Having experience as a manager is a merit as you will be leading an experienced team of product specialists, making the most out of your team is critical to be successful in meeting your overall mission. You need to have a great financial understanding to interpret your financial scorecards into corrective actions.

Successful behaviors for this position is to have a customer oriented mindset where you want to be as service minded as possible, while at the same time you need to put high expectations on the cross-functional colleagues of what is needed from them in order to meet your mission.

As the role is wide with many contact areas and you will handle a large portfolio, being structured and organized will be very beneficial in order to manage all ongoing activities in a successful way.
You understand the value of time and having a quick time to market approach mindset is very important where you constantly challenge this in all things we do.

Fluency in English is required while knowledge of additional languages is a merit.

Your profile

Mission
As TLD Operations and R&D Analyst, you will report to the TLD Vice President controlling and Finance. It is your mission to actively support the TLD Vice President Operations and TLD Vice President R&D as well as to ensure sound, on-time financial reporting and providing information to allow pro-active follow-up of the division's Operations and R&D results and performance.  The Tools and Attachments Division (TLD) has 16 product companies on 5 continents, 2 distribution centres as well as Research and Development (R&D) activities close to these operations. Operational efficiency and new product development is a key to a successful implementation of our strategy. In order to provide excellent financial support to operations and R&D we are looking for a dedicated analyst.
Some of the main tasks for this position will be to support operations and R&D in Following up, analysis and consolidation of the divisional operations results reported in the Epiroc Consolidated System (ECS) by the operational entities. Quarterly PK bridge reporting and respective follow-up and presentation to VP Controlling and Finance and VP Operations. Forecasting monthly, quarterly, annually and 3-year planning process of the operational entities.
You will actively support the VP Controlling and Finance, VP Operations and VP R&D with preparation of analytical reports and effective presentation of data and scorecards. Drive the alignment of processes, procedures, and key performance indicators in our division and continuously review and develop the divisional operations reporting processes and analysis to ensure control and maximum efficiency.

Your profile
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration, with a solid base education in areas of accounting, internal control, cost accounting, finance and economics.You should also have minimum 5 years of post-graduate work experience in finance and business controller positions. International experience, either from living or from working abroad, is considered a plus.
In addition to the qualified professional knowledge for the position, the successful candidate should preferably have experience and understanding of product companies, a strong customer orientation and a keen interest to broaden the scope of your capacity. An excellent understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel, is required. If you have experience working in systems like ECS (Epiroc Consolidated System) or M3 it’s a big plus.
