Om rollen
Som Global Supply Chain Specialist ansvarar du för att säkerställa ett välfungerande informations- och orderflöde av färdiga produkter. Du kommer att bidra till förbättrad säljeffektivitet och kundnöjdhet samt säkerhetsställa att etablerade processer följs och att aktiviteter kopplade till tredjepartsleverantörer genomförs enligt plan.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ansvara för kommunikation inom leveranskedjan av färdiga produkter mellan produktionsanläggningar, marknadsbolag världen över och externa distributörer.
Säkerställa att orderflödet från orderläggning till leverans och eventuella returer fungerar smidigt, inklusive uppföljning av leveranser och hantering färdiga produkter.
Hantera och övervaka globala kundorder i affärssystemet.
Samarbeta med globala funktioner och stötta säljorganisationen.
Etablera, övervaka och hantera orderstock strukturerat och effektivt.
Bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar av processer och rutiner.

Erfarenhet och kompetens
Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av en liknande roll inom orderhantering och som har god förståelse för planering, orderflöden och leveransprocesser. Du är van vid att arbeta i affärssystem och kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i både tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du även behärskar svenska flytande, har erfarenhet av operativt inköp och tredjepartslogistik samt har arbetat i en internationell arbetsmiljö. Vi ser gärna att du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik eller Supply Chain Management. Erfarenhet av Power BI eller andra analysverktyg är också ett plus.

Your mission
As a Regional Planning Expert for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in balancing demand forecasting and inventory optimization to secure reliable product availability across diverse markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Regional Supply Chain, and Customer Centers to ensure the right parts are available at the right time, aligned with business growth and fleet requirements in EMEA.

Your mission is twofold: on the demand planning side, you will engage with stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts, identify market changes and events, and coordinate actions to adjust demand plans and stock levels accordingly. You will drive the implementation of demand planning processes in EMEA, support collaborative planning with Customer Centers, and analyze forecast accuracy to enable continuous improvement.

On the inventory optimization side, you will define and maintain stocking strategies for regional and local warehouses, ensuring the right assortment and stock levels to meet availability and inventory targets. You will monitor inventory performance, reduce excess and obsolescence, and propose action plans in close alignment with regional stakeholders. As a super user of the global inventory management system, you will manage regional parameter settings and support projects introducing new processes, systems, or business integrations.

Through this combined mission, you will contribute to operational excellence, strengthen planning capabilities across EMEA, and support Epiroc’s long-term growth.


Your profile
You have a background in end-to-end supply chain management, with hands-on experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, distribution, and project management. Experience in materials management, ideally within Epiroc or in similar industries, is highly valued. Proficiency working with ERP and planning systems is important, and prior involvement in implementing changes in a global organization will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Regional Inventory Optimization Expert

Mission
Your mission in the role of Regional Inventory Optimization Expert is to optimize the stockholding of the assortment in your assigned region, to reach our availability and inventory targets. You will work on a strategic and tactical level, with emphasis on connecting our stocking strategy with the existing and potential business in the region. You will decide which assortment is to be stocked at the different warehouses in the supply chain, in close collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain and Customer Center organizations.

You have great communication skills in both speech and writing and use the network around you to achieve results. You are analytical, like to identify improvement opportunities and better ways of doing things. You are customer focused, proactive and results oriented. It is important that you have a structural way of working and can manage multiple project plans and activities. Responsibilities
* Analyze and propose inventory and availability targets for CCs and DCs in the region, in collaboration with Regional supply chain organizations and Customer Centers
* Responsible for inventory, availability and obsolescence performance follow-up in the region
* Coordinate the inventory & availability action plans for the region

* Decide, maintain and optimize the stocking assortment for the region, according to the global process, to find an optimum balance between items availability and cost of carrying inventory  (in collaboration with Customer Centers and the Regional Supply Chain organization of the region)
* Decide on assortment allocation within the region: which parts at Local DCs, which parts at Global/Regional DCs
* Implement and maintain Demand Pull concept within the region
* Analysis and implementation of Stocking policy adjustments
* Coordination and implementation of stocking requests for the region, including initial/critical stock
* Replenishment Policy approvals of changes in stocking status
* Analyze and act proactively on excess and slow moving inventory to reduce obsolescence costs
* Responsible for transport mode optimization for the assortment in your region
* As a super user in the global inventory management system you manage the parameter settings for the region
* Participate in projects to implement new processes and systems functionalities
* Participate in inventory management activities related to company integrations, divestments and move of assortments
* Contribute to the supply chain competence development throughout our organization

Requirements
* Experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management.
* Good knowledge of inventory management.
* Background in consumables management at Epiroc or equivalent industries
* Experience of project management and implementing changes in a global organization
* Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred.
* University degree in Economics/Business Administration, Supply chain/Logistics, Marketing or Engineering, or equivalent experience required.

About the job
In this position, you develop an optimized inventory plan for products, product lines and segments based on demand, actual orders, network lead times, available inventory and cost structure. You work hands-on with our finished goods inventory and you manage the rules and directives on how to control, improve, drive and follow up our inventory performance – all in close collaboration with our commercial organization, logistics planning and other supply chain functions. About the job
In this position, you develop an optimized inventory plan for products, product lines and segments based on demand, actual orders, network lead times, available inventory and cost structure. You work hands-on with our finished goods inventory and you manage the rules and directives on how to control, improve, drive and follow up our inventory performance – all in close collaboration with our commercial organization, logistics planning and other supply chain functions. To be able to fulfill our customers demand you need to ensure the right amount of finished goods inventory and, at the same time, minimize stock levels and supply chain costs to help us establish a more profitable future. By providing accurate information and reliable data, you identify opportunities to improve our inventory efficiency and you support decision-making regarding our inventory plans.
Some of the keys to success in this role are:
Ensuring the availability of finished goods with a balanced Net Working Capital
Analyzing and optimizing inventory
Setting inventory strategies and act as the operational contact as well as setting requirements towards the Distribution Centre structure

All in all, you’re a major player in creating a strong ownership of our inventory network – a truly important part of our organization to say the least!
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within a relevant area, preferably in logistics or industrial economy. You have a few years’ experience from inventory planning and are an excellent Excel-user. It’s advantageous with knowledge from Power BI, M3, Qlikview or Voyager. Working in a global organization calls for excellent English skills, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
